"I really enjoyed this Coach Based Leadership course. I feel like it brought my intention to a lot of things that I know about being a leader, but maybe have let myself get away from. It helped me not only reflect on my own strengths, but on those of my team. Now, I feel more confident about going back to my team and helping them grow in their own strengths."
